Easily update users' Click-Up IDs for better organization in Crosscheck. Just click 'Edit Click-Up ID,' add the desired ID, and see the changes take effect. This feature ensures that user information remains accurate and up-to-date, facilitating seamless project management.
Who can use this Feature?
- Only Admins can update users' Click-Up IDs.
- This feature is available in all plans.
How to Edit Click up ID?
Step 1: Go to User Management:
- Login to website: https://www.app.crosscheck.cloud/login.
- Click on "User Management" from the top right option.
Step 2: Click on Edit click-up ID:
- Click on "Edit Click-Up ID."
- A pre-filled modal will open.
- Edit the ID of your choice.
- Click on the "Save" button.
Note: Ensure the Click-Up ID is accurate for effective user identification.
