Bulk Edit

Introduction: 

Now you can update multiple test cases simultaneously. Just select the test cases, click "Bulk Edit," choose what you want to change, and hit "Update." Easy and efficient test case management in a few clicks. 

Who can use this Feature? 

• Except for developers, all roles (Owner, Admin, Project Managers & QA) can use this feature 
• This feature is available in all plans, varying across each plan.

How to use Bulk Edit? 

Step 1: Select Test Cases 

• Login to website: https://www.app.crosscheck.cloud/login 
• Choose the test cases in the project you want to edit or directly choose test cases from test cases module. 

Step 2: Bulk Edit 

• Click the "Bulk Edit" button in the table header. 
• A modal will appear. Adjust weightage, test type, milestone, feature, related task ID, preconditions, steps, etc. 

Step 3: Click Update 

• Confirm your changes by clicking the "Update" button. 
• Receive a success message confirming the number of updated test cases.
