How to Delete Project?

Ensure the effective management of your QA processes by carefully managing your projects. Use this guide to delete a project in Cross Check. Be mindful that this action has different consequences depending on your subscription plan.

Steps to Delete Your Project:
Access Project Delete Option:
  • Click on the projects icon from the sidebar.
  • Click on the menu icon in front of the project's name you want to delete.
  • Select the "Delete" option, and a popup will appear.
Confirm Deletion:
  • A prompt will appear asking for confirmation. This step is crucial to prevent accidental deletions.

Who can delete a project in Crosscheck?

Only users with Owner, Admin, or Project Manager roles can delete projects.

Can I recover a deleted project?

Yes, for Premium and Basic Plan users, deleted projects are moved to the trash and can be recovered within a specific time span. For Free Plan users, deletions are immediate and irreversible.
