How to reset password?

Step 1: Access Forgot Password Page

• Visit the Login Page: Go to https://app.crosscheck.cloud/login

Step 2: Click "Forgot Password"

• Forgot Password Link: Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

Step 3: Enter Email Address

• Email Address: Input the email address associated with your account.

Step 4: Request Password Reset

• Send Link: Submit the request by clicking "Send Link" to receive an email with a link resetting your password.

Step 5: Check Your Email Inbox

• Check Inbox: Open your email inbox/spam folder for an email from Cross Check

Step 6: Follow the Reset Instructions

• Reset Link: Click on the provided link in the email to reset your password. It will redirect to the reset password screen.
• Create a New Password: Enter and confirm your new password on the reset page.

Step 7: Login with New Password

• Login: Return to https://app.crosscheck.cloud/login

Note:

• Ensure the provided email address is correct to receive the password reset instructions.
• Keep your new password secure and confidential. Min Characters should be 8 with at least one number, one lower and one upper case.
