Frequently Asked Questions:

What happens if required values are not mapped?

The import won't proceed without mapping all required values. An error message will display to indicate any missing values.

Mapping not happening with Milestone and Features, what is the issue?

Ensure your Excel file has "milestone" and "feature" columns, and before mapping, make sure you have already inserted the same milestones and features in the Crosscheck app project.
