Detailed Retest History of a Bug

Want to find out why bugs are reproducing again and again? Crosscheck makes it easier for you. With the Retest Bug feature, you can access the complete history of bugs with evidence.
Who can use this Feature?
- All project members can access this feature except developers. The retest history feature is available on all plans.
How to see Retest History:
Step 1: Click on Projects/Bugs Reporting Module
- Start by clicking on the projects or go directly to bugs reporting module, whichever you prefer. Click on the "Bugs" tab if you want to select the Bugs in Projects module. If you select the Bugs Reporting module, you will be directly redirected to the bugs.
Step 2: Select a Bug
- Select a bug you want to see its history.
Step 3: Select 'Retest Bug' Option.
- Select the Retest Bug icon under 'Actions' to see the complete bug retest history with their evidence.
