Who can use this feature?

All project members can create tasks on ClickUp. This feature is available in Basic & Premium Plans only.

How to create and manage tasks on ClickUp/Jira?

Step 1: Select website 

• Log in to the Crosscheck website: Crosscheck Login
• Navigate to the Bugs section within projects or use the Bugs Reporting module.

Step 2: Create a task 

• Click on the “Create a Task” button.
• Select whether to create a task using ClickUp or Jira.

Step 3: Add Task Details

• Choose the location, title, and assignee for the task.

Step 4: Save the Task

• Click the "Save" button to create the task.

Step 5: Edit task 

• Select the task and click on the edit icon.
• Modify details such as location, title, assignee, and task description.
• Click "Update Task" to save your changes.

Step 6: Delete Task 

• Choose the task and click on the delete icon.
• Confirm deletion in the pop-up prompt.
