Understanding Sharing in Crosscheck
What Can Be Shared
In Crosscheck, you can share:
- Individual Checks: Screenshots, screen recordings, and instant replay captures
- Public Links: Accessible to anyone with the link
- Private Access: Restricted to specific team members

How to Share a Check
Method 1: Using the Share Button
- Navigate to All Checks in your dashboard
- Find the check you want to share
- Click the quick share icon
- Choose a method:
- Copy Link: Generate a shareable link
- Share with Someone: Invite specific people via email
- Configure access (public or private)
Method 2: Using the Context Menu
- Right-click on a check or open the three-dot menu (⋮)
- Select Share with someone
- Enter recipient email(s)
- Click Invite
- Recipients receive an email notification
